JetAdvice Edge is our new Connector (DCA) that raises the bar for the collection of printer fleet data.

We’ve developed and designed it from the ground up – with intelligence, security, and accuracy in mind.

JetAdvice Edge is engineered by our own experienced developers and brings you intelligent data collection – smart intervals, bulletproof security, and simplicity of installation. It’s ready for multiple platforms right out of the box.

How to install

1. Download JetAdvice Edge and generate Install Key
2. Unzip all files
3. Run the MSI file
4. Agree to the End User License Agreement to begin the installation
5. Start using JetAdvice Edge

Requirements for Windows

Access to the Internet or HTTP proxy server – HTTPS port 443.
JetAdvice Edge supports all newer Windows platforms, such as Windows Vista, Windows 7/8/10 and Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019.
Hardware minimum:
– 1 GHz or faster processor
– 1 GB of RAM
– ~500 MB of available hard disk space

Requirements for Raspberry Pi

Access to the Internet or HTTP proxy server – HTTPS port 443.
JetAdvice Edge supports Raspian (Jessie/Stretch/Buster) .
Hardware minimum:
– Raspberry Pi models 2, 3 or 4
– 1GHz
– ~500 MB of available hard disk space
